Non-medical home care such as CCD focuses on activities of daily living (ADL) and companionship rather than clinical care.
We specialize in short-term and long-term care for individuals needing assistance at home. We help overwhelmed adult children who are balancing careers, families, and caregiving by installing structure care coordination system.
Our goal is to reduce family stress and prevent hospital re-admission. We are not a task-based agency, we focus on stabilizing families. CCD Home Care serves highly functioning seniors who want support without losing their independence.
